Drydock/Internal Structural Examination— February 15-17

This course will give surveyors who plan to conduct drydock and internal structural examinations of inspected towing vessels for compliance with Subchapter M the tools, skills, and knowledge to complete these examinations.

  • Marine surveyors
  • Naval architects/naval engineers
  • Coast Guard Marine Inspectors and Investigators
  • Shipyard personnel involved in vessel repairs
  • Port engineers
  • Survey program managers
  • Individuals who intend to conduct drydock and internal structural examinations of ITVs

*courses are open to TVIB Members, Non-members and Coast Guard

*UPDATE /MSU-Houma to Host Industry Day

UPDATE: Due to overwhelming response and limited venue space, MSU-Houma is asking that only Internal/ External Auditors, Surveyors, and legal representation attend the event. They will be hosting a separate event for owners and operators later on in the year. 

Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit-Houma is hosting a Third Party Oversight Industry Day event. We would like to encourage our Auditors, Surveyors, and TPO customers to attend if they’re in the area.
