We are excited to announce that Lindsey Brown has been promoted to the newly created role of Operations Specialist after over 10 years of dedicated service to TVIB, most recently working as our lower fleet Operations Coordinator. Lindsey’s consistent hard work and growth have been the driving force behind this well-deserved promotion.
In her new role, Lindsey will take on several important responsibilities, including assisting our TPO customers with vessel incident activities, managing the process for tracking and closing out longer-term incidents and non-credit drydocks, and overseeing the corrective action process for reviewing objective evidence and appeals. Additionally, she will manage the TPO customer onboarding process, the Auditor/Surveyor Oversight Program, and continue providing exceptional customer service to our members.
This promotion reflects Lindsey’s unwavering commitment and expertise, and we are thrilled to see her flourish in this new capacity.
On a personal note, we are also excited to share that Lindsey and her husband, Jay, are expecting their first child in the new year. Please join us in congratulating Lindsey on this exciting new chapter, both professionally and personally!
